The Author

 

Dr. Tyrone A. Holmes, Ed.D, LPC, CPT, is a dynamic speaker, author, trainer, consultant and competitive cyclist.  He is also a cycling and fitness coach.  He received his Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Education and Masters Degree in Counselor Education from the Pennsylvania State University.  Dr. Holmes received a second Masters degree in Business Management from the State University of New York before earning a perfect 4.0 GPA in his Counselor Education doctoral program at Penn State.  He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan, and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the recognized industry leader in trainer certification.  Dr. Holmes is also certified as a Level 2 (Expert) cycling coach through USA Cycling.  He is the owner of T.A.H. Performance Consultants, Inc. where he offers a variety of services designed to enhance individual and organizational performance:

    Good posts! Don’t expect much feedback, though. What I’ve found is that most people don’t care much about the issue of diversity unless it directly impacts them. The others mostly know what we’re talking about already.
